Sorry Tony,
I know the 'committee' are all dedicated volunteers and wide awake as well. I know that Neill on spares works day and night and that you all provide a grand service for NOC.

As far as I knew all Norton's standards SpareParts Lists wereillustrated. My lightweight list is a rather grubby PS 215 for 1961/62 models. I might have an electronic version somewhere, which I usually buy from Fleabay. Perhaps the list mentioned is a price list supplement? I have a May 1959 one which says it is for "all models" - actually I have two, but I'm just greedy!

Hello there,
I was hoping that someone 'official' would reply as it is good of you to think of other club members. I don't recognise your description of the spare parts list for lightweights. It is possible that it is just a very old list of stock held at NOC spares as from memory they did issue a stock list on a regular basis in the days before computers and it was a bit like your description.
There is an official Norton publication called Spare Parts List Jubilee 1959 Publication PS205 (and updates) - price 3s. 6d but this is a 28 page bound booklet with illustrations and gives part numbers for every nut and bolt. I do have one of these and it is very useful.
