Rotor came loose on belt Drive converted Dommi

Forums

1959 Dommi 99 - it's been converted to belt drive so Stator has an additional spacer to the cradle to provide clearance for toothed crankshaft pully. The stator cradle is damaged and needs replacing, as do the studs. Am I correct in believeing these studs will be of a non standard length ? I.e. longer to cope with the extra cradle spacer.

Will the rotor retaining nut be non standard i,e, longer ? Should it have a lock washer under it ? Should it be assembled with locktite ? What torque should it be tightened to ?

I need to get this re-assembly correct as the loose rotor is ruined, as is the stator which melted and siezed . All help guidance very welcome ?

Some new stators come with bigger dia mounting holes and need thicker studs, You may have to get some studs made and tap out the basket ,but it may make things more rigid?.
