Hi all. Can anyone help me regarding weather there is a cooper exhaust ring fitted between 16h cylinder head and the down pipe. And if so the size. bob.

... being a side valve it goes into the barrel not the head! I've found ordinary silicone sealant works well for these push in type exhausts and doesn't burn off as you might expect. No need for the expensive heat-resistant stuff.

Its a plain tube, no seal. Pipe gets even hotter than the head so it should expand to fir tighter as the engine warms up.
