It's a 500 Dan. Been left rotting in a damp shed. It's for preservation rather than run in anger.
Would like to see it rebuilt. There are some possibilities to repair but casting a new pair would be the right thing to do. Costs for that are not extortionate but the two sided mold would be a chore, just getting the dimensions right after shrinkage. But once made may be of benefit to others in the future.

I'm current looking at…
I'm current looking at producing a few sets of pre war 350 cases for personal projects and have a pre war 500 engine which came from Bill Whitehouse F3 Cooper. He blew the drive side cases apart and modified and fitted an alloy inter drive side.
I have just purchased 3d scanner to take scans of my 350 motor which then we can add the shrinkage percentage before 3d printing cores for the foundry.
So if you have 500 (pre war) cases you could lend me perhaps we can do something Jon.
