Recently purchased a manifold which came off a Jubilee, this came with a 1/8"insulating washer. Does the Jubilee have a 1/8" insulating washer between the carb and inlet manifild. Purchased a repair kit but this just comes with a paper gasket. Cannot find any reference in the manuals to the insulating washer being fitted to the manifold.

Yes it should have an insulating washer- I don't know the actual thickness but the part number is 21501.
