I always keep those rotor clamps for use on my used rotors, as they are good for what  Dave has explained.

Is it used only when the rotor is removed or when it is in a motorcycle? (when not used for a long time)

G'day Lubos

In the last photo you appear to have the stater and the rotor and the keeper all assembled. This means you have the wrong rotor. They came in two diameters, large and small. The stater to rotor clearance should only be about 10-15 thou.

Sorry Lubos...but it won't charge. My bike came with the same undersize rotor, and it would not charge. But I think the small ones are no longer made, so it might be saleable. Possibly to a Norton Lightweight owner.

Well, I have two pcs rotor 70 mm and one a new stator 6V (75 mm)

I think that I need a new rotor 74 mm ???? Or smaller stator ....? right ???

what size is old stator for rotor 70mm ? Where I can buy it? I didn't find it anywhere.....

Thank you

Stators are £54 +vat and rotors £63 +vat  from RGM Norton. They will be the larger size. If you have a three wire stator, it looks like you will have to buy a rotor to fit. I don't believe you will find the smaller stator unless in a jumble or Ebay, etc...buyer beware!
