Can anyone point me in the right direction for some bearings for a 30's inter? My frame has no races in it so I need to source these before I can do to much!

Thats brilliant thanks. I think the next thing I need to go looking for are a pair of hubs so I can get some wheels built up. If anyone knows of any of these going, I would apreciate a heads up.

I have got a period parts…
I have got a period parts book and it shows the headrace breaings being different for 30 and 40 to all other models (different part numbers). Does anyone know what difference the is and if these bearings will be suitable.

I got lucky and found a friend who had some I could use so am not going to be much help on this. But the RGM ones mentioned further up should fit your model 19.
