What is the best method of removing the cylinder liner and are there any issues/suggestion for replacement of same?

Barry, make up a plate to fit the liner and just clear the parent bore, another plate to hold the cylinder, but allow the liner to pass thru, and press it out.They usually take a few tons but if theyve been loctited in, much more will not move it so apply heat to melt the loctite and it will come out easily.Press the new liner in carefully, making sure it starts off dead straight. If the new liner is a free fit its time for locktite.Regards John.
