Does anyone have one of these dies to clean up the threads of the steering head tube for the post where the top yoke is held in place? Not sure I explained that too well. Try the top of the centre post of the lower fork yoke. This would be a special die, I would be happy to buy or hire, I just need to clean up the thread of one I bought.

In case anybody else needs something like this in the future, I have now found a die and the supplier is Tracy Tools from Torquay www.tracytools.com I recommend you give them a call on 01803 328603 if you need anything like this.It was off the shelf at £14 which seems pretty good to me. They have the full range of cycle thread taps and dies and much more.
