I assume that this is in connection with a non-UK registration application ?
The German speaking countries have followed this practice for many years. It might be worth having a word with Joe Seifert at Norton Motors Deutschland.

I am very confused by the Log Book or Registration Document as it mentions Triumph in several places. Also the capacity is noted as 853cc. Is that not for a Triumph Triple???
Is this bike actually a Triton....a combination of Triumph & Norton???

You might best use publically available data - e.g. Bacon's 'Norton Twins' Dimensions are not fixed so you'd have to measure. Nobody will be able to claim your sizes are fraudulent. His book values for a '99' are:rims = WM2tires = 3.00x19 front and 3.50x19 rearhorse power = 31What country requires such mad data details?
