I can't imagine anyone having old stock of kits due to the money tied up and the fact you generally have to wait for one to come from France. I found Alton very helpful so you could email them.

I fitted one with an rgm 32mm belt which is relevant to your question . It is too big! I am just getting away with it but plan to reduce to a smaller belt soon. At 32mm it is difficult to get sufficient clearance for the sprag and the belt runs too close to the starter chain for comfort. Even with a 30mm belt I suspect it will be too close. Bear in mind the slack belt from cold flapping around next to the starter chain is trouble waiting to happen. If you go the other way the chain will cut into the stator coils.

Another thing to consider is that the sprag clutches like to be lubricated......or they seize. Starter motors don't like being spun at 30000 rpm.
