49 ES2 rear hub exploded diagram?

Forums

I have taken apart my rear hub and can't seem to get it back together again. It's a half width hub on a plunger garden gate frame. It seemed to turn alright horizontally in a vice and then when it's in the frame it sticks. There's been some kind of bodge on it. What I really need to know is how the shims and spacers all fit into the hub. Does anyone know where I could get an exploded diagram of a 1949 ES2 rear hub? Thanks for any help you can provide.

Hi Nigel,

Bear with me but despite splitting the exploded diagram into three and dramatically reducing the file size I'll have to reply three times so here goes with No. 1

Rob. That's very kind of you. Just exactly what I was hoping for. I shall print those out and see how we get on. This is actually Nigel's brother Jon writing this, as Nigel isn't really au fait with the internet. Thank you on his behalf! Jon
