I cannot tell you what the transfers are supposed to be or where they are located but I recently bought a 19S rear fender transfer from:

I believe that a lot of the standard transfers are available from RGM or perhaps from a specialty supplier like Classic Transfers at www.classictransfers.co.uk Here in the states you can try www.domiracer.com
