Don't think it exists. Seems Manx info is mostly oral tradition. Closest I know of is articles in April 4, 1957 Motor Cycling magazine and April 11, 1957. Norton published tuning data for 1957-1958 30M and 40. Have bad photo copies of these.

Although not a workshop manual, if you look in the 'Technical' section on this website and select 'Singles' there is a publication re. 'Tuning and Race Preparation of the Inter and 30M' which may be of interest.
