Good evening gents,
Looking for a pointer on to how I can find the history ofmy father'sManx Norton, now come into my possession.
The bike is potentially going on loan to a TT display at a local museumand I am looking for a bit of background.
I have frame, engine numbers and photos for those interested... now I may be a getting a little ahead of myself, but I am sure I was told this was an ex-Derek Minter bike, also owned by Geoff Duke, but whether that is pie-in-the-sky name dropping remains to be seen...!
Any advice on whom to speak to would be appreciated. I know the sadly-departed Mr Walkerwas the recognised expert on these matters, but who would now be deemed the guru?
Many thanks in advance
Roger
