....the type with the vertical studs on the sliders. Can someone measure the thickness of the flat stock so I can make one?

Hi Michael,
The bridge on my 48 Inter is roughly 1/8” thick and 7/8” wide. The bridge is not necessarily flat Along the entire piece. They have a little bit of dish on the inner portion and slightly convex outer leg portion as you travel the length of the legs to the vertical mount points. Not that you would ever notice once installed. Let me know if you need some pictures.
