Hi everyone

Just to let you know that the club has released a mobile and tablet app that you can download to your device.

See the News item for more information.

For those members on Facebook and Twitter the club also has pages on these social media sites, again search on Norton Owners Club.

Hi Dom. It's looking good!

I have just noticed though that app icon is a bit unusual. Instead of a nice big red, or white, or black curly 'N', it appears to be a white shopping bag on a green background..... Just thought I would mention it!

Hi Ian

Thanks for the comment. This is something that has been submitted to the stores for alteration. It is currently going through approval but as we are trailing the app for 12months to see its up take I didn't want to waste 2-3 weeks of potential 'live' time just because of the app logo.

Hope this makes sense, thanks for letting me know and for the positive comments.

More features will be going live soon too!

Thanks for the reply. It was only a small point anyway, the content and user-friendliness being far more important.

Hi Dom,

Can you change the meeting venue for the Shropshire branch from "the three old pigeons" to "the old three pigeons" just a bit of trivia. otherwise good work. Thanks

Hi Stuart,

I think the idea is to use the App to point to the NOC web site and message board rather than creating a separate one.

Now i will have to add a USB outlet to my Nortons to make sure the phone is charged : )

I will be adding an internal link page that uses the clubs web forum inside the app. This will be the most secure and also be a direct link to both web and app

i will send out a notification when it is complete.
