Hi all I am having trouble aligning rear sprocket to engine sprocket, it's a plunger frame and the brake plate stop is tight up in plunger which looks all fine ,it's about 3/8 out and I am stuck has any one come up against this before.

You say that you are having trouble lining the rear sprocket to the ENGINE sprocket. The rear sprocket aligns to the gearbox sprocket and the engine sprocket aligns to the sprocket on the clutch drum on my Model 7.

I am assuming you have a Model 7. Why don't you post a picture of the back half of the bike. I suspect you may have had the gearbox or rear wheel replaced with non-standard items or a spacer left out. How are you measuring the discrepancy?
