Has anyone got a pic of the right hand switch 'cluster' with the top section stripped down (Head/ Pilot). I think I am missing a part. I did take pics on the strip down but not with the screwed plate off. I know there is a ball bearing and spring that is held in place with the slide switch protruding through the casing. I have the cable that slots into the casing but feel I'm missing a small nylon/plastic piece.
Also is it possible to get ignition keys. The 850 project I have bought has the ignition switch but no key. Is there a number on the barrel somewhere that I could use to get a replica cut? or has anyone got one for sale that is useable?
regards
Mike, iiirc it's the same…

Attached photo of top of RH switch for mk3 - ball is 4mm dia, spring is just over 3mm dia & just over 7mm long - within the large nylon piece, there is a metal U shaped item that sits in a channel in the nylon that moves across the contacts on the PCB - please let me know if you require any spares as I have several of these switches culled from Ebay - Alan

Alan many thanks for the pic. Could I take you up on that offer. I have turned everything upside down and can't find it. It's definately in the picture I took before I stripped it. I will need the nylon piece, spring and ball bearing. I have the U shaped item. Obviously I expect to pay for them

Mike,
iiirc it's the same as the left hand side (Main/Dip). Ihave a vague memory of a spring & a ball bearing in a nylon block under a metal strip (long time ago when I looked - dinosaurs still roamed the earth).
I can't check mine as it's at the shop having the smoke put back into battery & wires.
