Navigator seat cover

Can't help with the seat base but I have noticed a company called P&P Seats sell a seat and cover for a 'JUBILEE/ELECTRA/DELUXE'. I can't see why these wouldn't fit a Navigator. It may be worth getting in touch with them - www.motorbikeseats.com

Have you tried Services on this site?There is quite a few there,one I can recommend is R K Leighton.
