I bought front & rear paddock stands from www.bikeit.co.uk. Both do a great job they are called BikeTek Series 3.
Hope this helps?

Hello Stuart, Similar to A…
Hello Stuart,
Similar to Alan's reply, I made up an adaptor to fit under the front lower frame cross member and then used a car jack to take the weight of the front end, this was very solid but once the front wheel was out I also put an additionalsupport bar through the axle positionto support the front end (just in case) whilst I had a new tyre fitted. Hopefully the picture attached shows the idea - note the camera was on the tilt not the bike!!!

I put a (rubber coated) bar across under the frame near the cats and use a scissor stand (like Sealy SEMC 5905) to raise the front end. Most front paddock stands use the front axle so if you need to remove the axle to change the tyre etc, you don't have a problem with my method - Alan
