The lad is complaining about the front brake on the Atlas, all looks OK but notice its possible to assemble the brake with the cams in 2 different ways, cams pointing towards the axle or outwards as the cam is offset to the spindle. The books I have dont clear this up?.

Not sure on the details but cams pointing in will give more movement / less leverage - out will be the opposite.

Thats helpfull Tony. I remember puttng it together a few years ago ,and getting the cams pointing the wrong way,and it worked I think ,logic got it working better but I was not really sure. I am now.
