You could make one fit as they both have the same bolt spacings, although different bolt hole diameters. Some atlas heads are for spiggoted barrels and would need this space filled with weld or a steel ring. It would be quite a job to covert it from top to side oil feed. Perhaps you could keep the top oil feed, but the commando head steady is bolted into the hole where the oil feed would have been on earlier heads.
