961 MARCH MEET UP

Any of u like minded 961 er,s fancy a natter & catch up then come along on SUNDAY 25TH MARCH, location to be decided, that Sunday is the first one after clocks go forward, temps should be more acceptable & gives us a chance to plan, as most of us donât know each other it would be usual if u could mention where u live so we can find somewhere thatâs accessible for the masses .

Like most of u, Iâve never seen another 961 on the road other than the NEC or factory,I bought my bike to ride & thatâs what I intend to do , Iâve initially suggested â Bosworth tea roomsâ finchingfield ,Essex or â Rykas cafe â Box Hill Surrey,but not written in tablets of stone, we could catch up elsewhere , so suggestions needed please, could be a one off meet that falls flat, but letâs give it a go,& all being well meet few times across summer , Richard

Hi Richard South east and West is easy for me as I live in East London butI will go anywhere. Even if it means a stop over in a hotel somewhere in the Midlands, up North, Wales etc etc

Graham , wow thatâs commitment,have norton will travel , if it was â bosley tea rooms â I was looking to go that ohlins suspension place near by on the following day like u did graham and have bike properly set up for me rather than Chris walker ( believe thatâs how they arrived at the standard setting s) , my front end does feel a bit soft,however more members in this gang req please, more suggestions of â go to biker meet venues â & please add where u live , many thanks Richard

Hello Alan , well Manchester is certainly closer to Blackpool than Box Hill . I would be interested so lets see if any one else 'OOP NORTH' is going to reply.

Yesterdayâs meet was a success , 7 norton 961 s at rykas cafe , furthest travelled were Steve & Stuart from Salisbury 220 mike round trip for them,did take photos as did a few of my new pals ,bug bit of a prob loading them on this site , so will have a go at trimming them down next few days to put on ,

Well done Richard for organising a Grand Day Out....very good meeting up with the team and talking bikes.....talking Norton ......and talking 961s!
