Folks,
my dommie has dynamo 6v and Magneto with auto-advance.
I bought the kit to transform my Dommie on electric ignition, composed by:
- Lucas K2F magneto housing
- Electronic ignition
- and Coil (double)
The instructions cover only Wassel/VAPE kit and too generic for me.
Anyone has experience to drive me in the steps needed?
The auto-advance needs to be removed/replaced I suppose, if yes, witch gear replacement is needed?

This kit relay on battery…
This kit relay on battery and power from 6 to 8v.

You won't be going out at night then.
With magneto ignition you only use the dynamo to recharge the battery for lights. With coil ignition you are using the dynamo/battery all the time, there is little left over for using lights. So you must keep your dynamo and charging in good order, and have as large a battery as you can get in the box. You would also be recommended to fit LED lights.

You will need a manual magneto drive SPROCKET. Is this electronic/coil ignition kit self powered (like BTH replacement) or does it rely on the battery and at 6V?
