Gearbox Name/Type?

Forums

Could anybody tell me the exact name and type of my gearbox.
I wish to refurbish it, and I want to order seals, bushes etc.
However when I look on sites like Norvil for example the choice of gearbox types and names is a bit baffling. I do know it's serial number, N 10869
But, is it AMC, laydown, dolls head, upright? I have no idea.
The bike it is on is my 1959 99 Dominator, but not originally, the gearbox comes from elsewhere.
Any help with it's identification would be gratefully received.
I enclose some images of it.

Its definately Norton AMC  and seals/bushes are pretty common accross the slightly different variations . Changes were made to gears( AMC1 or AMC2 )and kickstart spring details on later boxes . The number should reveal whether its an AMC1 or AMC 2  .

This is an AMC 1 gearbox originally fitted to a December 1958 built Model 99.
