You could try a local…
You could try a local hydraulics repair company or a decent garage can usually supply the pipe and even fit it for you if the ferrules need crimping. Make sure you ask for ethanol proof pipe.

What I did find out recently reference copper pipes especially as Commercial propertyair-conditioning companies hold all the brass pipe sizes and nuts, etc as they still use the same size If you were doing it in brass that is!

Brass pipes
Would this be age appropriate for the bike? It would certainly stand the test of time of a rubber pipe!
