I noticed a few items I purchased are listed as copper/asbestos I’m presuming that they are not asbestos, but a modern replacement?

Probably still have asbestos internally, could be old stock. Just don't eat it. or crumble it and breathe in the wreckage. There is Asbestos all around us , I have worked with it around me for 60 years , probably more danger in smoking . or meeting a US service wife on the road.
