I have removed all the rockers, and found one that does not pass oil. Have tried clearing from the ball end that’s clear and also the oil drilling end both clear, maybe the ball is fitted with the hole in the wrong position or blocked beyond where I can clear. I have tried to drift the ball out without success. My options are use a bigger hammer or drill it out or drill from the original drilling at the ball end to clear the blockage, then seal the end over. Anyone know better ways.

Bear in mind...
Bear in mind that a blocked ball end could well have been caused or have aggravated the push rod cup end, so close inspection here as well.

How about heating the rocker arm around where the ball fits, then drift it out?
