I work part time with Andy, a very interesting character who had a Dominator 99 cafe racer in the 70's and it's still around today apparently. Here are some pics of him riding around the Isle of Man back in the day. There is another frontal view but it shows the rego number which may not please the current owner. Just a spectator not racing, has a good story re some disrespectful Commando riders at this event
If you need any further info let me know, he's still curious in how it ended up. He runs with a more muscular, heavily built physique these days but sounded like a reasonably "handy" rider back then

99 Cafe Racer
I asked him but he wasn,t sure. It was a 99 racer apparently when he bought it with big valves among other things, which may point to a 650 cylinder head if they,re interchangeable. The bodywork was also as he got it but couldn,t say if it was genuine Dunstall, although it looks similar
