Can anyone point me in the direction of someone who can rebuild the seat from my '59 Dommie 99?
I want to rebuild rather than purchase as the seat is a raised pillion style seat and not the usual 'flatter' style seats that can be readily purchased elsewhere.
Or if someone knows where I can get the raised style seat then a new one will do!!

I assume you're saying your seat isn't the standard wideline one? Perhaps you could post a photo - you can do it by 'copy' & 'paste'. R.K. Leighton does 'kits' which include shaped/moulded foam to fit onto your seat base. I'd suggest phoning them to describe your seat and see what they have - 0121 359 0514. Alternatively there is P&P who are on 0121 784 4001.
I bought a new one from Leighton's for my 1959 '99' and it is absolutely spot-on! Unlike any other new seats I've seen. Even the red piping is a woven textile type, like the original - not a smooth, modern PVC one.
