Powder coating with isolastics in

I have had BSA slientbloc rubber bushes in swingarms and rubber buffers in trailer axle powder coated with no damage but it does depend on temp and length of time at that temp. But the iso rubbers are not hard to remove in comparison to the slientbloc bushes so I would take them out, an old set of good condtion iso's already bedded in are better than new ones which can be hard so best to do all you can to protect them.

180F is only 82C, powdercoating will be at 180C not 82C.

Removing and replacing isolastic rubbers is not a daunting task with the correct service tools.
