Thank you David, I had the thought it would be you who would come up with the goods!, that means I have about 36 grammes of unwanted and unbalanced weight bouncing around in the Old Atlas. No wonder its such a viby beast. At least the girls liked the pillion position!!.That's a lot of metal to carve off. Does that include rings ,pins and clips?,or bare piston?.

Std size "B" grade 218.5 gm, Interesting to discover that the 650 piston I have was heavier...
Same size stock commando is 236 gms
