If anyone has their plunger Inter apart and can measure the length of the 2 outer wheel spacers, it will enable me to make them. No one in my neighborhood to ask. See attached diagram with arrows.
Thanks,
Mike Rettie

Thanks Bryon,
My parts book(1950) shows different part numbers for the spacers for ES2 and Inter but then it occurred to me that by 1950 the ES2 had switched to the laydown box. This will be a great help to me.
Many thanks for the time and effort,

My early 1949/50 Model 7 parts book shows a diagram very similar to Michaels. The part Nos being D12/465 for the brake side & D12/469 for the other. I would surmise that the Inter, Model 7 and ES2 probably all used the same parts for those years. The later swinging arm models appear to use different components.

Thanks all for the help. From what I can tell the different models share the same diagram but the actual list tells of different parts depending on the frame/gearbox combination. I'm pretty sure Byron's measurements will work for me.

Hey,
I got me '48 ES2 all apart to replace the drum and a freind in Oz asked me to measure up the spacers for him.Spares Plates look the same but I'll leave it up to smart people to determine if these measurements are the same for other models...
Cheers from Halifax,
B
