Compared to some of the reverse engineering I have done for aero engines and pre-war cars that looks a really easy thing to make. If none of you that own these have the ability to do so I'd be prepared to sort out a little run of them if there is sufficient demand for say 10 and if someone would lend me one as a pattern.

If The splines are Norton it could be 500T. A pity it is not this side of the Atlantic as I would have taken a punt on it!
