Can anyone (definitively) confirm where the upper tab on the mk3 airbox should be fixed? Should it be in front of the plate on the frame or behind? I have tried both over the years. If the tab is mounted behind the plate, the rubber bellows don't seem to comfortably stretch to the carburettors. If the tab is mounted in front of the frame plate (with the spacer located between the tab and the frame), the left hand side panel doesn't seem to fit properly with the Dzus fastener.
I would note my machine is standard and mostly original (and I would like to keep it that way!)

Side panel.
Fitting of the air box as above, so have you got the correct side panel ? On my mk3 Interstate there are no dzus clips. Judt a thought....

Mounted to the front of the frame gussett, includes a thin spacer washer.
