Dave from records has identified my box of jubilee bits as March 1963. There is a front wheel on ebay at the moment that fits a 650ss, nc15cs model 50 and a 400 electra. Would this fit a jubilee?. My spindle hole sizes are 22/32 and 9/16. Centre to centre of the fork legs is 6 1/2"

No it doesn't fit. The Jubilee wheel is 18" and has an entirely different brake (6") drum. It is closely related to a Francis Barnett Cruiser.

The Navigator and Electra got Norton forks and front hub. The Jubilee got an AMC front fork and hub. Paul
