My dolls head gearbox appears to be leaking more than normal to the extent of considerable amount of oil is getting thrown onto left side of rear tyre. I haven't as yet removed the primary case but it does appear to be coming from behind drive chain sprocket. Don't know if this is relevant ,but I recently put some liquid grease in with the engine oil inside the gearbox as I thought it might help with the leak but since doing so the problem seems to have gotten worse. Instead of what I thought would have happened by keeping it a bit more oil tight. Any ideas why this could occur and what could cause a leak to this extent from behind sprocket area. I think the doll's head box is similar to the laydown in that area, Nicholas, so it sounds to me as though the oil seal (or "oil retaining washer") on the main bearing has failed. Stcking grease into the box might alleviate the effect but it won't cure the cause. Nothing for it but a strip down. George
