If I am converting correctly I am smaller (173 cm) than you with around the same weight
I tested both Sport an CR. The CR needed a bit time to get used to. I had the opportunity to ride a CafÃ? Racer for a few hours before I decided to buy it.I really recommend you that you try the CR for a while before deciding to buy one, because with your height it may be less comfortable than for me.
Personally, I like the look and also the riding position of the CR. I did a bit more than 12'000 miles with it within the last 2.5 years.

On my Sport model there is…
On my Sport model there is an external charging socket meaning you don't have to remove anything to get at the battery- your Cafe Racer should be the same. Only discovered this after calling Norton when I had the same low battery problem.
Feel under the seaton the left rear side of the bike next to the top attachment of the suspension unit and there is a round cavity inside which is a male two pin DC plug on a short length of cable. You will need to buy the female DC plug that fits the male endto attach to a battery charger - Maplin stock this female DC plug for about a fiver.
I've just changed my battery after two and a half years - no longer holding charge probably because I didn't keep it topped up between regular two or three month lay offs , soif you only use bike sporadically advise you top up battery regularly using this convenient external charging point.
