Auto Extraction
See photos for extraction sequence. The bolt should self-extract if pulled up as far as possible and then turned clockwise. Some very gentle taps against a socket on the shaft end might be needed to help push the bolt along enough for the thread to engage.

I am also interested as the self extracting reverse thread has stripped on mine.
