After sales service

Well after my expensive 'Schoolboy' error, I went to the factory to collect my SE today. Looks brand new with polished cases and fitting my Rizoma grips and mirror just finishes it off.

However the point I wanted to make was how helpful, courteous and efficient the service has been throughout the experience. Karen from the sales team has been brilliant throughout, with great communication by both email and phone, also Nick the mechanic who worked on the bike is a top bloke really taking a personal pride in his work, not only did he do a great job putting it back together he also help me load onto the van and then gave me a personal tour of the factory!!

Whilst a very expensive job these two turned it into a great experience!

Phil, I'd just like to echo your comments, recent experiences with Karen and Nick from the service department have been excellent, Karen is great at making sure things run as smoothly as possible, Nick isa very good mechanic and a nice bloke who can't do enough for his customers, both are a credit to Norton Motorcycles smiley.
