In the past I have bought mudguards, when in the UK, from Pete at Renovation Spares in Redditch. He did have the two piece rear guards you are looking for. I believe Pete sold the business a few years ago but the company is still operating apparently.

they used to make domie mud guards for the NOC they have made tool boxes pre and post war and early type mudguards for me nice people
