Can anyone help with my rear wheel problem. I need to know if it should be respoked off centre and if so by how much.

In anticipation

hello now its many thanks to men like you  taking on the light twins  and rebuilding them  to answer your question there needs to be more information , but you can reset the off set with out respoking   by losing off all the spokes and then reset to off set by tiening one side   to the off set  side    yours  anna j

Hi Craig, sadly I don't have the data for the Jubilee rear wheel off set but Central Wheels on 01675 462264 should be able to tell you and provide a new chrome or stainless steel rim and spokes etc if you need them.   I have used them and was very impressed with their service.   Good luck.
