Can somebody tell me the correct length for a model 7, 1952, clutch pushrod. I have done a forum search, and came up with various lengths ranging from 7 1/4" to 9 3/4" long.
Thanks,
Paul
The early Model 7 Nortons…

The early Model 7 Nortons used quite a few parts that also went on the ES2 of the same era. Both used the laydown gearbox and probably a similar clutch. So logically the clutch pushrod is probably the same.
On Ebay these are noted as
NORTON CLUTCH PUSH ROD
FOR LAYDOWN TYPE GEARBOX
7-1/2" X 1/4"
MODEL 30, 30M, 40, 40M ETC.
OEM E3/379
The later AMC boxes used the longer 9" and a bit pushrod.
