Hi, could anyone tell me if there's any pre-made harnesses out there to buy with the WIPAC connectors to lights and ignition?

Your biggest problem is.....
The biggest problem with ORIGINAL Wipac loom would be the 6V. The original 6V system had a wire resistor built in the loom. I have seen several dangerous attempts to re make this. DO NOT DO IT. I can supply a resistor for this job, but it is best to retain the 2 X6V WIPAC coils and fit electronic ignition and 12V. Forget original 6V.

... may have something to suit although the original switch connectors aren't the best. I believe he suggests doing away with them and soldering flying leads to the terminals. I found that 4.8mm Lucar (spade) connectors fitted well.
I replaced the original Wipac colours with standard Lucas.
