I'm needing a complete set of engine/gearbox mounting bolts for my '50 Norton Model 7. My bike was a basket case when I bought. So, I have no mounting bolts/nuts at all. Does anybody sell a complete set for my bike? I've tried Norvil, but getting no response. I live in the USA, so I need to communicate thru email with supplier. Thanks Steve

How disappointing.
The absence of responses may indicated they are like hens teeth.
It sounds as though you will either have to go hunting for used parts, check with one of the many suppliers of stainless steel fixings, or get hold of one of the very proficient engineers that exist in the UK who will make them up for you.
I came across a knowledgeable classic nuts and bolts man called Tim Kendall who might point you in the right direction sales@groveco.co.uk

If you manage to contact Les, at Norvil, on a good day, he can be very helpful. Unfortunately, good days seem to be few!

Good find
I bought a set of these but the short engine plate-frame mounting bolts were 26TPI and should be 20TPI to screw into the frame. Check this out before purchasing.

Hi, try again! I spoke to Les yesterday afternoon. The secretary (Sue) is very knowledgeable, despite what she might say. Remember the time difference. I have a Model 7...great bike! David....PS look at Norvil website for ordering to get the part number and if in doubt Se or Les will sort you out.

Andover Norton have a very good reputation and I'm sure they would not ignore you.
Please Google then as I have not mastered the art of attaching a link or pictures on this forum. (I wish someone would tell me or have some instructions somewhere on the site)
