Afternoon All
I am after the felt wick that locates in a hollow ended screw to lubricate the face cam surface, It was when I was replacing the contact set that I noticed it missing (or only remnants of it remain)
I cannot see it obtainable anywhere, even though it is mentioned all the time in servicing notes!
If that is the case what do the sparkys amongst us suggest for the replacement?

Hi Brain,I know i have PM you but for others the wick is only present in original Lucas points and not in pattern points.The best way to lubricate the points tappit is to smear grease onto the cam face.Also beware of M01 points for sell from India as you will find that the thread size of the screw in contact is smaller than the standard Lucas size.Thanks Paul Wolf
