Three months after paying my deposit in January, phone them several times, and email,
I get this email. yesterday.
" production is planned for late this month, subject to paint passing quaility, with delivery to customers for May. "
This is because I want the Manx Silver paint work.
After three months just to get this one line email , is very poor customer relations.

I have also been waiting for a Manx silver 961. I paid my deposit in January and the latest news is that the bike is expected in June but this is only a guestimate rather than a definite.
Yesterday I was looking on Ebay and saw that VIA-MOTO are advertising a Manx silver 961 for sale (identical to the one I am waiting for) which anyone would be able to buy immediately without having to wait months for it to arrive and also without having to pay the £2,000+ deposit like I have paid to Norton TVS.
It seems to me that TVS would rather supply their dealers before satisfying those customers who have already paid their deposit and have been, and still are, waiting months for their bike to arrive.
It is my opinion that this is extremely poor customer service and reminds me of the Donnington Norton customer service of old. Unfortunately, Norton TVS have gone down significantly in my estimation.
