Rim position in relation to wheel hub

Forums

Does anyone have any information, or know wherethe position is of hubs inrelationship to wheel rims on a dominator 99.

As i need to have both front and rear wheels rebuilt.

I only have hubs so taking offset dimensions from original wheels is out.

Not certain Central Wheel is the best place in my experience of buying rims. Triumph stopped using them as wheel builders..

The rear F/B wheel is built central to the hub, in other words, NO offset.

However, be aware that there is an offset on the front wheel. I have seen plenty offront wheels built central, with a spacer between the brake plate and the R/H fork leg.Two problems with this is that the spindle nut loses a couple of threads and the frontbrakeplate stop does not fully insert into the fork leg . Good Luck.
