Model 7 front wheel building from scratch

Forums

I want to assemble the half width drum with a new rim and spokes.

I would appreciate to have some help with regard to specifications to build the wheel properly without too much trial and error.

Wheel offset measured to the outer RH side of the drum?

Length of spokes on the RH side (shorter ones) and LH (longer ones)?

Where can I shop spokes and nipples with these two different length? Or should I get a die to cut threads of a proper length ?

Rim choice: my father told me that when he got his Model 7 in 1949, it had a 21" front rim and tire?? Is this correct or should I use a 19" ? which width?

I can offer some pictures of the bike in 1950 and how it looks now.

As far as threads go, spoke threads are invariably rolled not cut. It is very unlikely you can find a tool to do that. Do you have any of the old spokes?
